THE INSTALLATION PROCESS
CONSULTATION
Once you have purchased your Robotic Lawn Mower, one of our approved installers will schedule the initial telephone consultation. During the consultation, the installer will ask a range of questions in order to understand your garden.
The next step after the consultation is to book a date for the installation.
SITE SURVEY
Our installer will arrive on the agreed installation date and will begin with a site survey.
This process checks for obstacles, tree roots and anything which may get in the way of your Robotic Lawn Mower.
THE BOUNDARY CABLE
The next step is to install the boundary wire which creates low voltage electromagnetic signal to guide your Robotic Lawn Mower and identify the edge of your lawn.
A cable laying machine is used to feed the cable approximately 5-10cm deep around the parameter of your lawn. This cable runs in a loop and both ends are connected to the mowers charging station.
